We only refund/replace items if:

1. regular priced; and
2. they are defective or damaged, without any fault or negligence on the part of the customer.

Defects pertain to manufacturing defects and shall not include the following:

1. discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing,
2. natural flaws in gemstones, and
3. inevitable tarnishes and scratches appearing on gold. 

To be eligible for a return, the following should be strictly followed:

1. Notice to return must be communicated immediately within the day of the receipt of the purchased item. 
2. The above notice must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the received item/s and must clearly show the following:
1. Unopened jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap with the Company’s signature;
2. Actual unboxing of the package showing the initial removal of the bubble wrap;
3. The video must be made in one take and without any cuts;
4. Thorough inspection of the item in all angles;
5. Visual and verbal identification of the damaged part/s of the item such as dent, scratches and/or missing part, if there’s any.
3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. RETURNS ARE DEEMED NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL COMING FROM US. 
4. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. During the time that the item is in your care, you must have exercised the required diligence to take care of it. 
5. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
6. No complaints shall be entertained for repair or return without complying with the above prerequisites.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message via WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from approval.

To return your product, you should contact us at thru our WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram account or email address at wanderluxeonlineshop@gmail.com for the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be informed that your orders undergo strict quality control and inspection before preparing them for packing and then for shipping. In addition, after careful inspection, photos of your orders are sent to you via WhatsApp, Viber, or Instagram.
